Made from a pair of Overall Skirt a thrifted t shirt and a hat. Both are ironed on then sewn in place. This item is newly made just made. Washed before shipped.

Measurements are:
Waist 14 inches
Waist to bottom of shorts 15 inches
3 buttons on both sides for easy off and on.
Adjustable straps.
